Boat Transportation Venice ACTV Water
Public transportation service on waterbuses with regular routes along the Grand Canal and between the city's islands
Venice's public transport (ACTV) includes the 'vaporetto' ferry service in the historic centre and in the islands around the lagoon as well as buses connecting Venice with mainland areas.
How it works with the ticket:
After the booking is made you will receive a prepaid voucher with the bar code, and presenting this voucher you can collect your ticket at any ACTV dispenser machine, located all over the city.
You must validate your tickets each time before boarding a water bus. The validity begins from the exact time the ticket is first validated.
Highlights:
- Travel by public boat ACTV (vaporetto) and see the sights from the water;
